Tara suggests a mousse for frizz-free curls.
Looking for a great styling product to keep your curls frizz-free this summer? Mousse anyone? It seems that some curlies have given up on styling mousses or haven’t even given them a try. There are always a lot of choices when it comes to picking out a new product, so maybe you’re wondering which ones to try. Tara has already done some of the work for you in this review of a styling mousse that works for her.

I, too, prefer a styling mousse over gels and cremes. Mousse just seems to work better with my fine hair, especially my go-to can of ’3-in-1 Maximum Hold Mousse’ by Idelle Labs (former Clairol product, I think). Tara, would you be willing to share color tips? I really love and admire your hair color!

thanks for the feedback! I do have to be careful with Mousse as per season, but there are 1 or 2 I still love to use!
as per my color – well, I think when I did this video, I had some burgundy woven into my hair – just some color, I think it was a Feria (chocolate cherry?) -I go dark mostly, so I have a black or dark chocolate base and work off of that (my stylist does that part ) and I also like this blue black color – my stylist does that one as well but I have used a Garnier blue black at home color and it seems to work – for 2-3 weeks… Thanks again!
