I'm a 3A/2C and have been to Amanda twice. Even though she is not Deva-trained and she cut my hair wet, I was very pleased with my hair both times she cut it. She was also pretty good at styling my hair - one of the rare stylists after whom I don't need to go home and redo my hair immediately. The price is pretty good too, around $40.
