Rachel is an awesome stylist for clients with curly hair! On top of having pretty curly hair herself, she's also familiar with the "Curly Girl" routine, which is using no to low sulfate shampoos and no products with silicone. She made me feel very comfortable from the moment I sat in her chair. She answered all of my questions on her technique and cutting style. She also gave great advice on taking care of and managing curls. I am African American with 3B (medium to tight) curls and, she made me love my curls again! I found Rachel on Yelp, She has nothing but great reviews there.

I've been going to Rachel for several years now and I can't say enough about how great a job she does. She was recommended to me by a friend whose blend of straight and curly hair looked fabulous after a few cuts and advice from Rachel. Rachel is one of the few stylists that I've met who is familiar with the CG routine, probably because she has very curly hair herself. She used to do training of other stylists at Lush, although I don't think that she does so much of that anymore.
I've been pretty fussy about my haircuts. I don't spend a lot of time on my hair, so I really depend on a good cut that can air dry and look good. I think Rachel's cuts have stood the test of time. I'd highly recommend her.
