As a whole, this salon is what you would expect for a mall location. Being a cheap college student, that is all I ask! I have had equally many bad experiences as good.
Chandra, however, was a refreshing exception to the rule. She may not be a curly haired expert, but she took the time to look at the layers I already had and how I had it styled. She may not have any curl herself, but she has a young daughter with curls so she has practiced hands!
Unlike many other discount stylists I have visited, she did not damage my hair. She even asked how I normally like my hair styled before drying. Best yet, when I mentioned this site she was as excited as I was when I found it and wrote it down.
Chandra may not be a curl-trained stylist, but she can give curly hair a quality cut for an affordable price. I will definitely be returning.
