I have been going to Julia Salemi now for two years and she is fabulous. I have tried many salons in the Lower Mainland, but could never find anyone who knew how to color and style my frizzy/curly hair without damaging it. Julia's an expert at colouring and cutting, and is awesome at enhancing the curls and minimizing the frizz.
