Willow Smith, even though only 9-years-old, is always on top of the latest trends, and this week was no different. While at the Dolce and Gabbana runway show not only was Willow seated next to Naomi Campbell, but she was also sporting a new ‘do. Willow debuted her braided faux hawk during Italy’s Milan Fashion Week. Willow is already considered a fashionista, but while the entertainment industry continue to follow how she dresses, we will watch her latest hairstyles.
