Fresh Fruit Smoothie for Hair

Combine banana and avocado—or maybe even mango—to make a delicious fruit smoothie your hair will drink up!


Combine ½ each avocado and banana with 2 tablespoons yogurt. Blend well. Apply to damp hair, leave on 15-20 minutes and rinse. Avocado has nourishing oils, banana is a humectant and both contain enzymes and acids beneficial for hair and scalp. Fruit substitute: Try mango in place of the banana.
