The Fresh Air Fund believes in the transformative power of outdoor physical activity, as well as any activity that will help children develop into successful adults. Mariah Carey is not only a board member but has her very own Camp Mariah. Camp Mariah serves as the fund’s “Career Awareness Camp,” helping youths explore career possibilities and educational paths available to them. Coming from a humble background as well, Mariah knows all about what these children need to succeed.
