If I don’t practice my night time routine, I end up with matted hair in the morning and that’s not okay. My night time routine is relatively simple. I spritz my hair with a little refresher spray, then section my hair into four pineapples and then cover my hair with a satin bonnet. If I am feeling up to it I will re-twist my hair. You can use a satin pillowcase if you prefer that over a bonnet, which is easier for most curly girls. Satin pillowcases are also known to help you get better sleep and maintain healthy skin. So if you prefer a satin pillowcase and are looking for a new one,  here are a few that you should check out!
