We all have those women who we aspire to be when we grow up - even if we are already technically grown up. For some it's an inspiring entrepreneur, an innovator in their industry, or a dedicated mother, and in this case it's all of the above. Lisa Price is the founder of the hair care brand Carol's Daughter. She started her company in her Brooklyn kitchen and has joined the ranks of the largest cosmetics company in the world, L'Oreal.

Knowing what she knows now, what advice would she give her twenty year old self? What is the scariest part of owning your own business? And is she a morning person or a night person?
