Stylist: Only saw receptionist (Stylist would not greet me)
I went to this salon on my lunch break to get my virgin black hair dyed blond. I told the receptionist I had 3b curly fine thin hair that is silky in texture on the phone. I get there the stylist never comes out to greet me. The receptionist approaches me and says the stylist doesn't do ethnic hair. WTF really. I am half black half white. They never looked at my hair only my skin color. I felt like I was asked to leave thru the back door. I will NEVER EVER give Paul Brown any business or use their products anymore since they are not made for my ethnic hair.

I had the best haircut I've ever had from Megan.
She was incredibly knowledgeable with naturally curly hair.
I told her I wanted a whole new look and she MORE than delivered. I expected to leave the salon uncertain. Instead I left happy and excited.
I will be returning again... and again... and again...

I went to laura after reading a recommendation on this site and i'm so HAPPY and PLEASED with the cut she gave me. It was exactly what I wanted. She spent time with me upfront to fully understand what I was looking for, and learning about my hair. She was very knowledgeable about cutting curly/wavy hair. My hair looked unruly and damaged before I walked into the salon; after Laura cut my hair I couldn't believe the difference! My hair now has a beautiful, natural curl. I'm so happy with my new cut ... so glad to have found a talented curly stylist like Laura ... and so happy for this site ... thank you!

Laura is great. She is friendly, young and energetic. She was able to do wonders with my curly hair. She layered it so nicely. I have never been so complemented on my hair. Sharon
