I was suffering from a hair butchering. The person used a flat iron to straighten my hair without asking. She damaged it so that the ends stayed straight but the top was wavy. Normally, I have corkscrew curls that are below my shoulders. Anyway, that was in May and I am still growing it out to normal. I went to Jane after about 6 weeks of letting my hair recover. She did a deep conditioning treatment and then really listened to what I wanted. She fixed the layers and trimmed off the damaged ends so that it looked great. One month later I am happy to say that my hair continues to recover and Jane gave me an excellent hair cut.
