Bernadette has been doing my relaxer 3 years now, she does an excellent job. I am caucasian with black tight curly hair and she knows how to relax my hair with hardly no damage to my scalp. However once i let her cut my hair and she did not such a good job for what Visible Changes charges. I don't let her cut my hair anymore, This last experience she seemed offended when she relaxed my hair and i would not let her style it. Her attitude was rude and she made me feel bad as a customer, I feel very bad for the experience since i do like the way she relaxes my hair. Cutting hair is not just about skill is also about attitude and customer service.
