Angela did my Spruzzi keratin treatment, and I LOVED it. It was the fourth time I've done a keratin treatment, but the first time I did the Spruzzi by La Brasiliana. It was the best one I've had done and lasted the longest. Angela is such a sweetheart, who really takes her time. She's a perfectionist!

These guys are amazing!!!! The NaturallyCurly girls came in and got INOA, as well as some amazing haircuts. Each of us got a whole new look - great color, sassy haircuts. My curls looked amazing! Craig is a genius with the dry cut. We're loving INOA. Our hair feels so soft, and each of us got a totally different shade of brown, with highlights. The salon is so comfortable. Love the shampoo room, where you feel like you're in an ocean paradise.

Ron, the owner, did my color and styling, and then Craig cut my hair (dry). As he was snipping here and there, I worried a tiny bit about the seeming randomness. But, boy, did he know what he was doing! When he was through, my hair was perfectly shaped. I hadn't had a cut since July and was in desperate need, though until Craig was done, I didn't realize how badly I had needed it. He is a true magician.

I read all the rave reviews on Ron so, I booked an appointment. I was rescheduled because Ron had another event to attend. No biggie. It was almost $500 for a cut and color (single process) with Ron. He was very professional and attentive and maybe I am naive, but, that seems like a LOT Of money for a cut and color in Austin. It was a better cut overall and he was more professional than my usual stylist who is also Deva trained (a bit of an airhead), but not worth an extra $250. He is very good and I have no complaints, except the cost is too rich for my blood!

I really enjoyed going to Kristen, however, I HATED visiting Bo Salon. For the work, attention, and motivation it's way too expensive. I have found a new salon that is half the price, just as nice, has better parking and a chick that can cut curly hair like no other. If you are one to go to a salon, just to say you go to an upscale Salon, Bo is the place. But, if you want a great cut, a great experience, and cheaper, DON'T VISIT BO!

I have gone to countless hairdressers trying to find someone who could work with my wavy, curly hair. When I showed up in Georgia's chair, I had recently had a super bad cut and I really didn't think anyone could make it better until it grew out, but Georgia worked her magic and I walked out with a fabulous cut and a style that I can easily replicate at home. I have been back several times since then and my hair just looks better and better. One thing I love about Georgia is that she makes sure to tell you that if you have any problems with your hair to be sure and come in so she can fix it (at no charge). She is not only talented but also very caring and kind. I am so blessed to have found her!!!!

Recently had a wonderful visit with Georgia. She took time to see what I wanted but also taught me some great ways to get chunky curls at home. She walked through the Deva method that i could easily follow at home. One great tip she shared, use the Set It Free with Angel styling but mix them together and add to wet hair. This made a big difference and loved her results. The cut really shows off my face and so happy with my time with her. Agree that it is a bit pricey for Austin but well worth the money.

I've been with Georgia for a couple of years now, and I feel incredibly blessed to have her styling my hair. It's so HARD to find someone who understands curly hair the way she does... and she doesn't even have curly hair! She takes the time to cut each individual curl on my head... and believe me, I have a lot of hair. she always works with me to give me the flirtiest most flattering hair cut for my face. Best of all she doesn't judge me for not coming in regularly. I don't know what on earth I did before I found this wonderfully relaxed, curly hair pro! Bo salon is lucky to have her!! I have to say, she seems pretty durn lucky to have Bo salon as well :)

I went to see Georgia because she cut a friend's hair which always looked wonderful. I have always been happy with my curls so I usually don't complain about haircuts. Unfortunately, my experience with Georgia was the worse I've ever had in my near 50 years. First, I called to confirm the cost of the haircut, making sure to say that I was a first time customer; and I was told it would be avg. When I went to check out, I was told it would be MUCH higher and that curls cost more to cut! That's the most absurd thing I've ever been told in my life! Then to make matters worse...she cuts hair dry! my hair was noticeably uneven (my husband commented as soon as I got home) with chunks missing on one side - no attempt at anything being blended. Plus, since it was cut dry, my hair was suddenly frizzing out even after washing. I waited a month & went back to my regular salon just to get it closer to being even. when my gal was cutting it, she confirmed everything that I knew. my hair was so uneven. So unless you have more dollars than sense, I would not recommend Georgia.

I chose Georgia based on the great reviews here. I had my first experience with Georgia and Pink about a month ago. Pros: She explained how and why she did things... she taught me how to style me hair as she did. She used only devacurl products in my hair. Georgia has been trained the deva curl salon, so she is familiar with the CG methods. Cons: I specifically asked for my front area to be cut a certain way and she basically left that area uncut! Since the haircut and style was $70 I was not happy to find that I'm still be in need of another haircut. She began on her next appt before finishing with me, so since she was rushed maybe this is the reason. I haven't decided if I will try again or go elsewhere... If you decide to go to Georgia... Your hair should be clean and dry, not pulled back. She will cut your hair while it's dry, so she needs to see your natural curls. (No one told me this, eventhough they knew I was a new client.)

I absolutely love Georgia. I went into the salon really nervous because I didn't know if it was possible to highlight my curls like the picture I brought in of a model's hair. But Georgia sat down with me and listened to my ideas. I got a trim and she even played it safe because I was scared I would lose my length with too much trimming. She highlighted my hair and spent over 3 hours with me. We took before and after pictures because that's how much of a change it was, a total makeover! We even had really great conversations as she styled. I absolutely love her!!! GEORGIA WORKS MAGIC! She's trained specifically for curls and is awesome at what she does. Though it was not cheap at all for my hair to get trimmed, colored, and highlighted I did not mind at all and didn't think twice about it. I absolutely love it and can't stop getting compliments. She's my angel! I definitely recommend her.

I was finally ready for a change and went shorter to the haircut I feel I was supposed to have all of my life. She did such a fabulous job with the cut, and she gives great do-able tips to maintain the style. I am often stopped on the street, in bathrooms, and in stores so that people can ask me where I got my haircut. I never hesitate to recommend Barbara. Well, Texas lightning struck on the very first try. I had a consult/color/cut with Ron King at bo salon in the SOCO section of Austin. Ron was a combination of stylist/teacher and cheerleader for curly hair. He was well versed in the cleaning, conditioning, cutting and styling of curly hair. Ron examined each curl and cut it appropriately, so now my hair can do what it wants to do and look great doing it. He won't try to fight your curls, and he won't give you triangle head. He spent a lot of time with me, not only cutting and styling my hair, but teaching me how to take care of my hair.
