I went to Ihloff on the recommendation of a friend who also has long, thick, curly hair. It was a great experience! My stylist was very nice and knew what she was doing. Having done some research, I asked for a V-cut, and she said that's what she usually does for hair like mine. Ihloff is pricier than some places, but it's worth it and they give you lots of nice coupons. I got a free deep conditioning treatment that made my hair very, very soft.

I also went to Kat, who naturally has curly hair but straightens it, and she did not seem to understand how to make my hair look good. It did not frame my face and she had no suggestions for me when I told her I had problems with my curly hair. She was very nice but I left with a bad, frizzy hair cut. My advice is to keep looking.

I have been going to Kat for about 2 years now and she is great. I was playing on the website and saw that there were no good reviews for Tulsa. She cuts my hair wet but it always looks good. She is really good at cutting my hair to fit my life. She is a expensive just a heads up. Ihloff has other stylist that are not as pricey but I have only used Kat. Also if you ask for Kat you have to tell them "Kat at the south memorial location" as they have two stylish named Kat.
