I have been here twice and I feel so welcomed every time I go. Yasmine did my big chop and colored my hair and I left out of there very happy. I would recommend this place to every natural it's such a relaxing atmosphere and everybody is really nice.

Tania is very good at styling natural hair with braids, twists, locks, etc. She tries to keep herself informed of the latest natural hair products and styles and listens to client concerns (most of the time). I did have one not-so-great experience with her, but she quickly accepted responsibility and offered consolation in salon services.
The shop is an awesome and relaxing atmosphere.

I contacted Tania via twitter.com ( @bmorenatural) per a recommendation by @noireboss of Silver Spring, MD. Also after reading the reviews here on NC.com. I had an appointment today and everything about my hair ( type 4) is on point. I didn't get to experience Naklectic Salon due to construction, but Tania was very courteous as a stylist, professional,and knows natural hair. She listened to what I wanted as a client. Not only did she style my hair beautifully she took her time to care for my hair and scalp as well ( which was very dry upon arrival). I will be back to visit her in a couple of weeks, an i recommend you contact her if you are in the baltimore area!

This hair salon has a very personal and comfortable vibe. Everyone takes their shoes off at the door and the stylists's stations are in nicely decorated rooms of an old Baltimore row-house - very eclectic (as the name suggests).
Tania was very professional from the beginning and gave me a personal consultation based on my hair's current state and what I wanted to do (transition from relaxed to natural hair). I always love my hair when I leave. I've had cornrow's and two-strand twists that were rodded on my relaxed hair. Tania also did my Big Chop!
My only dislike is that my sister came with me when I went to do my big chop and was told that no guests were allowed, so she had to wait outside for me - not cool. Otherwise, a great place to get your hair done. The also do locs , blow-outs, and other natural hair styles.
