I am happy to say that Angela has moved to Dallas. I have been driving to Abilene for many years to have her do my hair. Angela is the best!!! She is super sweet and extremely knowledgeable in all things curly. She has taught me so much about my hair and how to keep it healthy. I love that the first time I saw her she spent 2 hours with me to actually teach me. She sells DevaCurl products, and I use them, but she doesn't "push" the product. She is full of great tips of things to use that aren't so expensive, which is great in today's economy. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her!!!!

After years of disappointing haircuts, I finally left the salon completely happy with my new style. Angela knows what she's doing, and actually takes the time to stop and ask you what you think and what you want. She takes her time and does a really good job, and I would recommend Angela to anybody with curly hair.

I got my hair cut and colored for the first time yesterday by Angela Hicks and I was very impressed. She is very knowledgeable about curly hair and says it is her preference to cut and style. She used the DevaCurl product line on my hair and it was wonderful too. I would highly recommend her. Unlike most stylists who are clueless about curly hair, she knows exactly what to do!

I have very curly hair and I used to straighten it everyday! I thought that my hair was unmanageable! Angela tought me otherwise. She has learned and experienced all the tips and Ideas that she uses. She is very fun and knows what she is talking about! It is very hard to find someone who knows what " I " need. I would recomend anyone and everyone to Angela. Thank You Angela! I have been blessed with having Angela color, cut and style my hair on several occassions. Angela has a talent that I have only been able to find in a few stylists. She knows from experience due to her own curls how to treat curly hair and make it look it's best. She has great tips on day to day styling and also special occassion hair styles.
She also makes my hair color look natural but also gives it a va va voom that gets me tons of compliments. I would definitely recommend her to all of the curly gurls out there!
