Let me first start by saying that the address is incorrect, the new address I'd 36 Tamarack Ave Danbury, CT. Now to share my great experience at New Waves. I recently moved from New York to Bethel and the scariest part of my move was finding a good hairstylist for my curly hair. Ugh! I went onto Naturallycurly.com and thankfully found Jodi. Though when I walked into New Waves I was terrified to have someone different style my hair, I walked out of the salon with the biggest smile on my face. With that being said Jodi was definitely a great choice, she not only made me feel comfortable with someone new doing my hair but also she was very knowledgable, and she made my hair look GOOD.

Went to Jodi per the recommendations on this sight and I couldn't be more happy! She listens to what you want and is full of great advice about curly hair maintaince. The whole experience was great fom start to finish, and Jodi was so sweet and easy to chat with. The cherry on top was paying half as much for an amazing cut and color as I had for a terrible one at other salons in the past. Definitely love it!

I just moved to the NY area and used the reviews for New Waves to pick a salon for my 2C hair. I love Jodi! She did such an amazing job with my hair. Her product suggestions and style advice were spot on. I wanted to wait a while before posting a review to make sure that all continued to be well. I can now say that not a week goes by without someone commenting on how great my hair looks. Thank you, Jodi!

I had my hair done by Jodi at New Waves and I can't say how happy I was with the result! She's very nice and I enjoyed talking to her. She had come from another salon in Bethel and I am so glad she is at New Waves. I always get the best cut, color, and service there!!! Not only do they listen and hear what you like done to your hair but it's always fun going there! I highly recommned this place! Always Great girls, style, and spunk!! Love, love, love!
