I just got back from getting my hair cut by Kiersten. I was a little wary to go see her, given the review about her, but I must say my experience was a lot different. She gave me an awesome haircut. I didn't know I could pull off such a short cut, but it looks fabulous. She listened to me very well, went very slow with me (because I haven't been to a salon in a while), and explained and asked before she did pretty much anything. I love my new cut. It is so cute and modern. I had no idea my hair could do this. I'll definitely be going back.

Kirsten is in the "New Talents" division of the salon. I had not seen her before and the reservationist recommended her. She is a very nice girl, but gave me a VERY uneven haircut for my curly hair. Possibly she needs more training. I called the salon a little over two weeks after the cut (I didn't realize it was uneven as I diffuse my hair) to ask if my hair could be recut. They said they have a two week policy and that Kirsten could recut it. I told them that I didn't want Kirsten to cut it as she did a poor job the first time. They said no one else had time, and that was that! Not only did I have a lousy haircut, they provide poor customer service. I won't be going back!

The best curly haircut I've every had! She understands that curly hair needs shape and texture to look its best. On our first visit, she analyzed my curls, listened to what I wanted in my dream haircut (a very complicated style that is stacked in back, longer disected pieces in the front with tons of volume and height), and then delivered. People were stopping me in the street asking me where I got my hair done. Now my own mother flys down to atlanta from Boston to get her hair cut by Robin. She really is amazing and knowledgeable about curly hair. I cannot recommend Robin strongly enough. Any curly haired person who goes to her will not be disapointed!

I have used a few of the recommended stylists on here and have not been happy with the results. After not having my hair cut for six months I called the salon and they booked me with Lee. He is with the New Talents section of the salon (less experienced but Lee has been there three years). Lee immediately greeted me and took me early. He listened to what I wanted and offered his input. He gave me a GREAT hair cut and I definitely will be going back. The cut was only $35 (includes neck and scalp message and blow dry).Lisa.
