I've followed Jessica around Portland for about the past eight years or so, and it's been worth it. I now have a short cut that does NOT look like the dorky 'dos my curly sister and I -- both 3bs -- sported in the late '60s and early '70s. (The deciding factor: ease of styling -- Mom's.)
In fact, I've been told my cut is quite fetching! And it works with a) a minimum of product and b) no blow-drying. If I get bored, I switch things up with a new part. What is not to love?
