Julie is in a word - amazing. I lived in Washington, DC for 7 years, trying nearly all the "curly" experts in the area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) and many that are listed on this sight. None, I repeat none, could hold a pair of scissors to Julie. I found her when I lived in Sioux Falls for 8 months, and after I moved would squeeze in appointments when I would be back there for business. I would literally take earlier flights from DC to see her. I even stopped into Sioux Falls on a cross-country drive and she met me at her salon on her day off. This was before a 5 month trip through Europe and the cut held up for 5 months and beyond. It appears from another entry she may have moved salons, but the number is the same. Try her, she is the best.
