Nathalie is someone that cares about her clients. She listens to your concerns and issues and will suggest what she thinks is best but doesn't do anything you don't want her to. We discuss everything before she even gets started and makes sure she has an understanding of your goal. She's very knowledgeable as she has curly hair herself. I've been to see her 3 times and I've been pleased every time. It's taken me years and countless stylists to find the right one for me but I finally found her. Nathalie will be the only one touching my hair! She's wonderful!

i had a keratin treatment done here. the lady was super nice, and unlike my old stylist, didn't pull my hair when she brushed it!!! :) my hair looked super smooth and shiny after she worked some of her magic on my hair. she knows how to deal with my hair!!
