This is a small salon and cafe in University City. They offer you a complimentary coffee or tea with your cut. I've been to Liz twice now, and was thrilled both times by her cut/color of my 3c hair. She is a woman who's not afraid of dealing with curls and knows just what to do; her confidence and talent pays off in a stress-free salon visit and beautiful hair for me. I will be going to Liz for as long as we're both in Philly!
