I showed Carrie photos on my phone of the actress Alex Kingston in some of her more recent roles and she understood exactly what I wanted and gave it to me. I wanted lots of layers because my hair, while long and thick, was very heavy.
Everyone has asked about Carrie because she gave me layers at just the right lengths to frame my face beautifully. And she said that if there was anything I didn't like after living with it for a day or two, she was willing to see me free of charge.
Also nice to see a salon open until 9 PM!
