This is an Aveda salon. Requested an appointment stylist that could cut curly hair. At the appointment - the stylist damaged my curls by brushing my dry hair with a fine-toothed comb (causing severe breakage). I asked the stylist to cut in layers and to remove bulk that had accumulated in my bottom layers. The stylist proceeded to cut my hair, ignoring my requests. In the end, my hair was damaged, my hair did not have enough layers in it, and the cut added more bulk to my hair.
