Specifically asked for a trim and no strange volume tricks. The stylist replied with surprised because she finds volume beautiful. I was given a cut and some strange volume enhancing layer thing; which she managed to do without taking out the spiltends which was the main reason I went to the hairdresses in the first place. This wouldnt have been so frustrating if I hadn't already waited for over an hour because she double booked. Cherry on top? I went there with washed hair and she insisted on washing it before the cut and then I had to pay 60euros for the total treatment. (usual price at most clinics is around 20 or below)
