For the headband, I would go with a fabric that wicks away moisture instead of cotton. Buff makes a good product. http://www.buffusa.com/sports

My main hair vs. fitness challenge is how to get my hair looking good again after it’s been squished under a bike helmet… Anyone have any tips for that? The combination of sweating plus being squished flat under the helmet always leaves it really flat on top.

@Miss Lynx I HATE helmet hair, and as a curly girl we have it SO much worse. I have 3a/3b curls and the best advice I can give is just to use your fingers at the root and lift. Also a light scrunch up there brings back 80% of the life in my hair. I know that’s so “duh obvious” but it’s all I’ve got. Hope I helped! :)
