Curl Fest

Many curlies from near and far gathered together for the amazing Curl Fest this Summer. Dubbed “The Ultimate Natural Beauty Festival,” this NYC based event brought curlies in the park to rock their natural beauty, showcase fashion and featured some of the hottest brands in the business.
CurlyTreats Festival

UK curlies and anyone traveling internationally this summer, we’ve got a festival for you! This UK festival will feature Revlon, As I Am Naturals, and Creme of Nature to name a few. CurlyTreats features black-owned businesses, speakers, panelists, and is the premier event for all UK curlies to come together.
I Am Not My Hair Tour Hosted by Nia The Light
Nia will be visiting 3 different states around America including Los Angeles, NY and Atlanta screening the documentary she filmed of her intimate big chop and embarking on her new journey. It will be a magical celebration of #DiscoveringYourLight, meeting new people, dancing to groovy music and so much more. Afrolicious Hair Expo Dallas 2018

Are you ready to go big or go home? First, the theme of this event is “Wakanda Forever,” so you already know it’s about to be amazing. This natural hair expo is part of a five-city tour that travels from Oakland, California with two stops in Texas before ending in Los Angeles. You can catch Uncle Funky’s Daughter, Miss Jessie’s, and Curls will appear on this tour with a percentage of proceeds being donated to charity.
Sip N Swap

Need to remix your wardrobe? Beyond being economical, eco-friendly, and an excuse to clean out your closet, Sip & Swap is an event created to help you land new hot items into your closet! Who wouldn’t want to join in the fun?! Especially when it is also centered around women empowerment, networking with your favorite curly influencers,& helping raise funds for a great cause!
Detroit Natural Hair Expo
When: August 11th-12th
Where: Detroit, Michigan
For my mid-western ladies, this fall event is one to mark on your calendars. The 2nd annual Detroit Natural Hair Expo is hosted by the Mane Choice and sponsored by Mielle Organics. This event caters to men, women, and children alike and will feature local and international vendors with tickets starting at $15.
Texture on the Runway

Where: New York City, NY
NaturallyCurly will host our biggest event of the year during New York Fashion Week, Texture on the Runway! This year will be bigger and better as we celebrate 20 years of texture in a space where we have historically been underrepresented. Textur’d Hair & Beauty Show

Where: Toronto, Ontario
The 13th Annual Textur’d Hair & Beauty Show, formerly the TORONTO NATURAL HAIR & BEAUTY SHOW, will take place on Sunday September 23rd, 2018, at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre located at 6 Garamond Drive in Toronto, Ontario. This is Toronto’s only major show, with a focus on the natural hair, health and beauty. Since its inception in 2003, the show has been a huge success, starting off as a one-day (4 hour”> event with about 90 participants, to now a full day event with over 800 visitors including international guests.
3rd Annual Maritimes Natural Hair & Beauty Show

The Maritimes Natural Hair & Beauty Show (MNHBS”> inspires people of all ages to embrace their natural hair as part of what makes them uniquely beautiful. They collaborate with local businesses and individuals in the industry, such as natural hair specialists, salons, hair stylists, and natural hair bloggers and DIY-ers to bring you the show.
