This journey allowed me to realize anything is possible, no matter the circumstance.

Which led to initiating my most recent passion: Empowering minority women and underserved youth to do the things that they love and are passionate about. Today, I am called upon by individuals and organizations seeking my direction, advice and mentorship. Not bad for a dark skinned natural hair (once”> poor girl who is content both in her professional and personal life.

Four achievements in particular, of which, the first four occurred within one year, 2013: (1″> being one of 5,000 volunteers (out of over 15,000″> chosen to work the 57th Presidential Inaugural Ball for President Barack Obama (2″> Spokeswoman for the JP Morgan & Chase trailer highlighting their new initiative called “The King Project” which preserves the written manuscripts from Dr. Martin Luther King’s Legacy (3″> Hosting the LEGO Kids Festival and (4″> Being Wardrobe Stylist and host of Macy’s Winter Work Wear Fashion Show and last but not least (5″> Facilitate a Summer Institute Workshop Series for the YWCA titled: “From Good to Great…Be Your Own Fashion Image Consultant” Summer 2014. These opportunities are significant to me because I was chosen to represent major brands and opportunities as a result of my personal and professional branding.
